Subscriptions & Cancellations
STATUS: ACTIVE_PROTOCOL
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted to digital goods, private archives, and premium software architectures upon subscription, all sales, support donations, and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Once a billing cycle (monthly or annual) has been charged, it cannot be refunded.
2. One-Month Commitment Recommendation
We highly recommend that new operators commit for a short period of one month (Monthly Access Tier) before committing to an annual billing cycle. This allows you to evaluate the platform, verify the quality of the technical deep-dives, and ensure it meets your requirements without a long-term financial commitment.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You maintain full sovereignty over your recurring billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Navigate to the Operator Dashboard (Account settings).
- Select Manage Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Note: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium tier benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once the cycle concludes, your account will automatically downgrade to standard public access.
4. Support Transactions
One-off support contributions ("Fuel the Engine", direct custom transfers) are processed as final donations to support the independent research and development of EigenState. These are non-refundable under any circumstances.
