• Account Data: Email address, node identifier (username), and authentication tokens when linking external providers (GitHub, Google).
• Usage Data: We utilize telemetry (via PostHog) to monitor network operations. We track page views, feature usage, paywall hits, and social interactions (reactions, comments, bookmarks) to optimize the system structure.
• Financial Data: Payments for premium access are processed securely via third-party providers (Razorpay). EigenState does not directly store complete credit card sequences.

2. How We Use Your Data

Transmitted data is strictly utilized for the following operational vectors:

• To authenticate and maintain your session state across the network.
• To provide access to restricted tier content based on your subscription alignment.
• To analyze transmission patterns, debug system anomalies, and improve content delivery architecture.
• To dispatch essential network alerts, newsletters, or security notices.

3. Tracking and Analytics

EigenState employs PostHog to analyze network traffic and user engagement. This telemetry helps us understand how agents interact with the system (e.g., copying code sequences, hitting the paywall, leaving reactions). You may opt-out of certain telemetry by adjusting your local network configurations (e.g., browser privacy settings or ad-blockers).

4. Data Security

We deploy robust encryption standards to protect your data during transit and at rest. However, no transmission over the global network space is absolutely secure. Your engagement with EigenState is at your own risk.

5. Account Deletion Node

You maintain full sovereignty over your data. You may initiate a system purge by requesting account deletion from your Dashboard settings. Upon successful verification, your user matrices and associated data will be annihilated from active subsystems.

6. Modification of Protocols

EigenState reserves the authority to update this Privacy Policy. Significant protocol changes will be broadcast to all registered nodes via their provided communication channels.
