Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Protocols

By establishing a connection, initializing a session, or transmitting data to the EigenState domains, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do conflict with these protocols, you must disconnect from the network immediately.

2. Membership and Access Rights

• Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining the absolute security of your initialization keys (passwords, social OAuth tokens). EigenState is not liable for data breaches resulting from compromised local security.
• Content Access: Specific transmissions (Essays, Deep Dives, Labs) are restricted to cleared cryptographic tiers (Premium Members). Attempting to bypass these paywalls via unauthorized subnet exploits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the node.
• Subscription Billing: Premium access requires active financial transmission via approved intermediaries (Razorpay). Subscriptions renew automatically unless a cancellation sequence is triggered via your dashboard.

3. User Conduct and Telemetry

EigenState operates as a collaborative knowledge network. You agree not to:

• Transmit malicious payloads, worms, or disruptive algorithms into our comment streams or laboratory environments.
• Scrape, datamine, or reverse-engineer our proprietary content matrices without explicit authorization from EigenState command.
• Harass, dox, or interfere with other operators within the social interaction streams (Reactions, Comments).

4. Intellectual Property

All original sequences, articles, code snippets, labs, and visual designs published on EigenState belong exclusively to EigenState and its respective authors. You may copy code sequences (`code_copied` tracking applies) for personal or implementation use, but mass redistribution of restricted content is a violation of these protocols.

5. Termination Protocol

We reserve the right to sever your connection to the EigenState network, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon severance, your right to access restricted content ceases immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

EigenState provides technical analysis 'AS-IS'. We make no cryptographic guarantees regarding code stability, server uptime, or financial yields based on the information provided herein. Use the knowledge at your own systemic risk.
